    2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and sliced

    12 ounces bow tie (farfalle) pasta, uncooked
    4 cups fresh baby spinach

    Directions:

    Place the chicken breasts in an even layer in a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker. Scatter the sliced sun-dried tomatoes evenly over the top.

    Pour the chicken broth around the chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 3½ to 4½ hours, until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.

    Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks and stir gently with the tomatoes and broth.

    Add the heavy cream and mix until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper if needed.
