    Ingredients:

    12 fresh oysters, cleaned and shucked (kept in the half shell)
    3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    Zest of 1 lemon
    2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1–2 tsp hot sauce (optional, for heat)
