4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

2 large eggs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
