    1/4 cup water

    1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

    2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

    1 teaspoon sesame oil

    2 teaspoons cornstarch

    3–4 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

    Step-by-Step Instructions
    Cook the noodles in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

    Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.

    Stir in the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch until smooth.
