1½ lbs ground chicken
½ cup basil pesto
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
