2 jars passata
1 can whole peeled tomatoes
500 g beef mince
1 large onion, diced
6–7 cloves garlic, minced
2–3 carrots, grated
1 capsicum (bell pepper), diced
1 extra-large zucchini, grated
400–500 g mushrooms, sliced
Large handful fresh basil
4–5 fresh sage leaves
3 bay leaves
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground hot chilli (adjust to taste)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Add all ingredients directly into the slow cooker.
Stir well to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 12 hours.
Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
