1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce & Pasta
12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup beef broth (or reserved pasta water)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional, for extra creaminess)
Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
Parmesan Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
