Ingredients:

7.5 oz Philadelphia Whipped Chive or Garlic & Herb cream cheese
12 oz dry pasta (rotini, penne, cellentani, or fusilli)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (medium or sharp), divided
2–3 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cups chicken broth (regular or low sodium)
1–2 tsp seasoning salt or salt & pepper, to taste
⅔ cup heavy cream

Directions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine dry pasta, chopped broccoli, cream cheese, 1.5 cups of cheddar cheese, olive oil, chicken broth, heavy cream, and seasoning. Stir well until evenly mixed.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.

Add Topping: Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese on top.

Bake: Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes until pasta is tender and cheese is bubbly & golden.
