    4 cups all-purpose flour (500 g)

    Gradually add the yeast mixture to the flour, mixing until a shaggy, sticky dough forms.
    Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
    Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
    Gently punch down the dough, divide it into two portions, and shape each into an oval ciabatta loaf.
    Place loaves on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let rise for 30–45 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Drizzle loaves with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
    Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the ciabatta is golden brown with a crisp crust.
    Cool slightly before slicing and enjoy!
