    Surf & Turf Noodle Stir-Fry with Steak and Shrimp

    8 oz lo mein or yakisoba noodles
    1/2 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
    1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 cup baby spinach or bok choy
    1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1/2 yellow onion, sliced
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 tbsp hoisin sauce
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
    Salt & pepper, to taste

    Instructions:

    Heat vegetable oil in a hot wok or large skillet. Add steak cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned. This locks in rich, meaty flavor for a satisfying protein-packed meal.

    Add shrimp to the same pan and sauté until just pink and curled. Shrimp cooks fast and adds a seafood boost rich in protein and omega-3s.

    Add garlic, onion, bell pepper, shredded carrots, and spinach/bok choy. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp, giving your dish a nutrient-rich punch.

    Toss in cooked noodles and pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Stir everything together to coat evenly this creates the signature savory stir-fry flavor.

    Return steak and shrimp to the pan, mix thoroughly, and heat through. Serve immediately for a delicious weeknight dinner full of protein, veggies, and flavor.
