    Cherry Pecan Cheesecake Lush

    Cherry Pecan Cheesecake Lush is the ultimate no-bake layered dessert creamy, crunchy, fruity, and irresistibly indulgent!     Ingredients:

    Crust Layer
    24 chocolate wafer cookies or chocolate graham crackers, crushed
    6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    Cream Cheese Layer
    8 oz cream cheese, softened
    ½ cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)
    Pudding Layer
    1 (3.4 oz) package instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
    2 cups cold milk
    Cherry Pecan Topping
    1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
    ½ cup chopped pecans
    Optional: shaved white chocolate for garnish

    Instructions:

    Mix the crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter until fully coated.
    Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Refrigerate while preparing the next layers.

    Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
    Gently fold in the whipped topping.
    Spread evenly over the chilled crust.

    Whisk the instant pudding mix with cold milk for about 2 minutes until thick and silky.
    Spread over the cream cheese layer.

    Spoon cherry pie filling across the pudding layer.
    Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
    Add shaved white chocolate for an elegant finish.

    Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight for perfect layers.
    Slice into squares and serve chilled.
