Ingredients:

Stir-Fry
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup green beans
1 cup sliced carrots
1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, vinegar or lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and water. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok.
Add broccoli, carrots, and green beans.
Sauté 4–5 minutes until crisp-tender.

Add shrimp directly to the veggies.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook 2–3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Pour in the prepared stir-fry sauce.
Bring to a simmer.
Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce becomes glossy and slightly thickened.
