Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb beef stew meat
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 can (10.5 oz) French onion soup
3 cups beef broth
12 oz egg noodles
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup French fried onions
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Add the stew meat and season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned on all sides.
Pour in the French onion soup and beef broth. Stir well.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes until beef becomes tender and flavorful.
While the beef cooks, prepare the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Stir sour cream and Parmesan cheese into the beef mixture until smooth and creamy.
Add the cooked noodles to the pot and mix everything together.
Top with crispy French fried onions and serve hot.
