Ingredients:
For the Cajun Steak & Potatoes:
2 ribeye steaks, cut into strips
1 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Creamy Garlic Alfredo Sauce:
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the baby potatoes and cook for 10–12 minutes until golden and fork-tender. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of smoked paprika. Remove and set aside.
Season the ribeye strips with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add a bit more oil if needed, then sear the steak for 3–4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Lower heat to medium-low. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, scraping up browned bits to deglaze.
Stir in cream cheese and Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
Return the potatoes and steak to the skillet. Stir to coat with the Alfredo sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes until flavors blend.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
