Creamy Pepper Jack Chicken & Sausage Pasta

Ingredients:
1 lb turkey sausage, sliced
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
12 oz rotini or penne pasta
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1½ cups shredded Pepper Jack cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add turkey sausage and diced chicken. Cook 7–10 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook 3–4 minutes until soft and fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it thicken slightly.
Reduce heat to low. Stir in Pepper Jack and Parmesan until smooth, creamy, and fully melted.
Add pasta, chicken, and sausage back into the skillet. Toss well so every bite is coated in the creamy spicy cheese sauce.
Top with fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy the perfect creamy spicy pasta!
