4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp heavy cream (optional, for consistency)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
Combine buttermilk and vinegar, then alternately add dry ingredients and wet mixture to the batter, starting and ending with dry ingredients.
Stir in green food coloring until evenly mixed.

Fill cupcake liners ¾ full with batter.
Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
