    Anti-Inflammatory Cauliflower Chicken Soup

    Make this quick 30-minute anti-inflammatory cauliflower chicken soup packed with ginger, turmeric, and nutrient-rich vegetables. Boost immunity, reduce inflammation, and enjoy a healthy, comforting meal.

    Ingredients:

    8 oz (250g) chicken breast, cooked and shredded for lean protein
    2 1/2 cups cauliflower florets anti-inflammatory, low-carb vegetable
    1 carrot, chopped rich in beta-carotene
    1 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated natural anti-inflammatory and immunity booster
    1 small onion, chopped supports digestion
    2 garlic cloves, minced immune-boosting and heart-healthy
    1/2 tsp turmeric powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant
    1/2 tsp black pepper enhances turmeric absorption
    1 tsp dried mint aids digestion

    Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add ginger, garlic, and onion. Sauté 2–3 minutes until fragrant. This step enhances nutrients and natural flavors for your healthy cauliflower chicken soup.

    Stir in carrot and cauliflower. Cook 5 minutes until slightly tender. These anti-inflammatory vegetables support overall wellness while keeping the soup low in calories.
