2 lobster tails
½ lb sea scallops, patted dry
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp unsalted butter (for scallops)
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven’s broiler and line a baking sheet. Cut through the top of each lobster shell and gently pull the meat slightly out for even cooking.
Whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush generously over lobster meat.
Broil for 8–10 minutes, basting halfway through, until the lobster is opaque and lightly golden.
In a hot skillet, add olive oil. Season scallops with salt and pepper, then sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Melt 2 tbsp butter in the same skillet, add minced garlic, and return scallops to the pan to coat them in the buttery sauce.
Plate lobster tails and scallops together, drizzle with extra garlic butter, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
