Ingredients:
4 chicken fillets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
200 ml heavy cream
1 teaspoon paprika (sweet or hot)
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
Season the chicken: Season the chicken fillets with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
Cook the vegetables: In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add the bell peppers and zucchini and sauté for 5 minutes.
