    Chicken Fillets with Vegetables and Creamy Sauce

    Prepare a healthy and delicious dinner in under 30 minutes with this chicken fillet and vegetable recipe. Quick, protein-rich, and incredibly flavorful, it’s sure to please the whole family.

    Ingredients:

    4 chicken fillets
    1 red bell pepper, sliced
    1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
    1 zucchini, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    200 ml heavy cream
    1 teaspoon paprika (sweet or hot)
    1 teaspoon dried thyme
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    Salt and pepper
    1 teaspoon honey (optional)

    Instructions:

    Season the chicken: Season the chicken fillets with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
    Cook the vegetables: In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add the bell peppers and zucchini and sauté for 5 minutes.
    Cook the chicken: Move the vegetables to one side, add the chicken, and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown.

    Add the sauce: Pour in the cream and honey, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

    Serve: Arrange the chicken and vegetables on a plate, spoon over the sauce, and serve hot.
