Warm, creamy, and packed with tender chicken and flavorful pasta, this Creamy Chicken Alfredo Soup is perfect for cozy family dinners, weeknight comfort meals, and hearty gatherings. Easy to make and full of rich flavors, it’s a soup everyone will love!

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

– 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
– 1–2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tbsp Kinder’s Grilled Chicken Seasoning (or your favorite blend)
– 1 tsp Complete Seasoning
– ½ tsp smoked paprika

For the Creamy Soup Base:

– 1–2 tbsp avocado oil (for searing)
– ½ shallot, diced
– 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
– ½ stick (4 tbsp) unsalted butter
– ¼ cup all-purpose flour
– 5 cups chicken broth
– 3 cups heavy cream
– 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
– ½ lb pasta (broken into smaller pieces any shape works)
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
– ½ tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
– 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Finishing Touches:

– ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
– ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– Extra parsley for garnish

Directions:

Heat 1–2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken with garlic powder, Kinder’s seasoning, Complete seasoning, and smoked paprika. Sear until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, heat 1–2 tbsp avocado oil. Sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant, 2–3 minutes. Melt butter and sprinkle in flour, stirring constantly for 1–2 minutes to form a roux.

Gradually whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream. Add softened cream cheese, stirring until smooth.

Add broken pasta to the soup and simmer gently until al dente according to package instructions.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, fresh oregano, and parsley. Return cooked chicken to the pot and heat through.

Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.

Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with extra parsley. Serve hot for a cozy, comforting family meal.
