1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Toasted baguette slices or cooked pasta (for serving)

Directions:

In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice. Stir and simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
