    Why You’ll Love This Cake:

Super Moist Texture Thanks to milk, oil, and hot coffee for a deep, rich flavor.

Simple Ingredients No fancy tools needed, just basics from your kitchen.

Versatile Dessert Ideal for birthdays, parties, or a comforting homemade treat.

Chocolate Lover’s Dream Intense cocoa flavor topped with creamy, silky frosting.

    Ingredients:

    For the Cake:
    1¾ cups (220g) all-purpose flour
¾ cup (65g) unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1½ tsp baking soda
    ½ tsp salt
    2 large eggs
    1 cup (240ml) milk
    ½ cup (120ml) vegetable oil
    2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (240ml) boiling water (or hot coffee for a bolder chocolate flavor)
    For the Frosting:
    ½ cup (115g) butter, softened
⅔ cup (55g) unsweetened cocoa powder
    3 cups (375g) powdered sugar
    ⅓ cup (80ml) milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    Instructions:

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour two 8-inch round pans.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth.
Stir in boiling water or coffee (batter will be thin that’s what makes it moist!).
Pour evenly into pans and bake 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

    Cream the butter until fluffy.
Add cocoa powder and mix well.
Alternate adding powdered sugar and milk until smooth and spreadable.
    Stir in vanilla extract.
Frost the cooled cake generously, slice, and enjoy the rich, old-fashioned chocolate flavor that never goes out of style!
