    No-Bake Marshmallow Pumpkin Pie

    Indulge in this easy, no-bake pumpkin dessert that’s bursting with creamy sweetness and cozy fall flavor! Made with marshmallows, pumpkin puree, and a buttery graham cracker crust, this Marshmallow Pumpkin Pie is light, airy, and ready without turning on the oven. Perfect for Thanksgiving, fall parties, or when you crave pumpkin pie without the fuss!

    Ingredients:

    For the filling:
    10 oz (about 6 cups) large marshmallows
    1 cup 100% pure canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
    ½ tsp fine salt
    For assembly:
    1 (6 oz) store-bought graham cracker crust (gluten-free if needed)
    1 (8 oz) carton thawed Cool Whip (or 2 cups homemade whipped cream)
    For serving (optional):
    Extra whipped cream
    Light dusting of cinnamon

    Instructions:

    In a medium saucepan over low to medium-low heat, melt marshmallows with pumpkin, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Stir until smooth (about 5–8 minutes). Avoid high heat to prevent burning.

    Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and let cool to room temperature for 30–45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Gently fold in Cool Whip until the mixture is fluffy and evenly blended. Don’t overmix!

    Spoon the creamy filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the surface.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours (or overnight) to allow the pie to firm up perfectly.

    Slice, top with whipped cream, and add a sprinkle of cinnamon for the perfect finishing touch.
