4 medium russet potatoes, peeled & cubed
½ cup warm milk
3 tbsp butter
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Carrots
2 cups baby carrots
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp honey (optional, for a light glaze)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Prepare the chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken drumsticks evenly.
Bake: Arrange the drumsticks on the baking sheet and bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
