This Creamy Broccoli Salad is a refreshing blend of crisp broccoli, tangy dressing, and a touch of sweetness the perfect side dish for any meal! Made with fresh broccoli florets, red onion, and a creamy honey-Dijon dressing, this healthy salad balances crunch and creaminess beautifully. Ingredients:

4 cups fresh broccoli florets
½ red onion, finely chopped
½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (for a lighter version)
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper, to taste
(Optional: ¼ cup sunflower seeds or crispy bacon bits for extra crunch)

Instructions:

Prepare the broccoli:
Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 1–2 minutes, then immediately place them in ice water to keep their bright green color and crunch. Drain well.
Make the dressing:
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise (or yogurt), vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Combine everything:
In a large mixing bowl, toss the broccoli and red onion with the dressing until evenly coated.

Chill before serving:
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to blend perfectly!
