    Velveeta Cajun Chicken Twists in Cheesy Garlic Cream

    Creamy, spicy, and irresistibly cheesy this Velveeta Cajun Chicken Pasta recipe is the ultimate comfort food! Featuring tender bites of Cajun-seasoned chicken, twirly pasta, and a rich Velveeta garlic cream sauce, every forkful delivers bold flavor and melt-in-your-mouth goodness.     Ingredients:

    For the Cajun Chicken
    1¼ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp butter
    1½ tbsp Cajun seasoning
    ½ tsp smoked paprika
    Salt & black pepper, to taste
    For the Pasta & Velveeta Garlic Sauce
    12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup chicken broth
    1½ cups heavy cream
    6 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
    ½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional for extra gooeyness)
    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
    ½ cup reserved pasta water (if needed to thin sauce)
    Optional Garnish
    Fresh chopped parsley
    Extra Cajun seasoning or Parmesan

    Instructions:

    Boil the twisted pasta in salted water until al dente.
    Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
    Toss the chicken with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
    Sear for 4–6 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.

    In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
    Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to deglaze the pan.
    Lower the heat and whisk in Velveeta cubes until melted and creamy.
    Add Parmesan and mozzarella, stirring until smooth.
    Sprinkle in red pepper flakes and adjust seasoning to taste.

    Add the cooked pasta and seared chicken into the cheesy sauce.
    Toss well to coat evenly.
    Use reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce for a silkier texture.

    Spoon into warm bowls.
    Garnish with fresh parsley, Parmesan, or extra Cajun seasoning for a restaurant-worthy finish.

    Pro Tips:

    Use rotini or fusilli pasta their twists hold the creamy Velveeta sauce beautifully.
    Adjust spice levels by adding more Cajun seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes.
    Add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving for a pop of brightness!
