Spicy Stir-Fried Oyster Mushrooms

This Spicy Stir-Fried Oyster Mushrooms Recipe is a deliciously simple dish bursting with bold flavor and umami richness. Ingredients:
1 pound fresh oyster mushrooms, cleaned and torn into bite-sized pieces
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
1–2 red chilies, finely chopped (adjust to your spice level)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional for extra depth)
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons cooking oil (such as vegetable or sesame)
Fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
Gently wash and pat dry the oyster mushrooms. Tear or cut them into medium-sized pieces for even cooking.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil. Set aside.
Heat cooking oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and red chilies, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant (be careful not to burn the garlic).
Add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until they soften, release moisture, and begin to brown.
Pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes, letting it thicken and coat the mushrooms evenly.
Sprinkle with fresh cilantro or green onions.
