With tender shredded chicken, spicy buffalo wing sauce, Alfredo creaminess, and perfectly cooked orzo pasta, this dish is the ultimate comfort food dinner.

    Ingredients:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 ½ cups uncooked orzo pasta
1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
⅓ to ½ cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust heat level)
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
2 tbsp ranch dressing (optional, for extra creaminess)
½ tsp each: salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning
    1 cup chicken broth
Fresh parsley or Parmesan for garnish

    Directions:

Place chicken breasts in your crockpot. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Add onion, uncooked orzo pasta, Alfredo sauce, buffalo wing sauce, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth. Stir gently.

Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until chicken is cooked through and orzo is tender.

Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to crockpot.

Stir in mozzarella cheese and Parmesan until melted. Add ranch dressing for extra creaminess.

Serve hot, topped with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan.
