    Cheesy BBQ Ranch Meatball Pasta Bake

    Cheesy BBQ Ranch Meatball Pasta Bake

    A quick and comforting pasta dinner loaded with juicy meatballs, creamy ranch, smoky BBQ sauce, and melty cheddar cheese. This family-friendly one-pan meal is perfect for busy weeknights when you want bold flavor without the fuss!

    Ingredients:

    1 lb meatballs (homemade or frozen, fully cooked)
    8 oz elbow macaroni (or penne, rotini, or shells)
    2 cups chicken broth (for extra flavor)
    1 cup BBQ sauce (sweet, smoky, or spicy)
    ½ cup ranch dressing (for tangy creaminess)
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (sharp cheddar works best)
    1 cup frozen corn (optional, for color and sweetness)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp garlic powder
    Salt & pepper to taste
    Green onions (optional garnish)

    Instructions:

    Cook the pasta Bring a large pot of water to a boil, cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
    Heat the meatballs In a large skillet, warm olive oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and sauté 5–7 minutes until browned and heated through.
    Build the sauce Add chicken broth, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and corn (if using). Stir well, then add the pasta.
    Simmer together Cook on low for 5–10 minutes until the sauce thickens and flavors meld.
    Make it cheesy Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
    Serve & enjoy Garnish with fresh green onions and serve hot!
