CrockPot Creamy Angel Chicken

Ingredients:
1–2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2 large breasts)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup (low or no sodium recommended)
3 cloves garlic, minced
¾ cup chicken broth (low or no sodium recommended)
1 (0.7 oz) packet Italian salad dressing mix
16 oz angel hair pasta
Chopped parsley, cracked black pepper, and grated Parmesan (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to CrockPot.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, cream of chicken soup, minced garlic, chicken broth, and Italian dressing mix. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Pour sauce over seared chicken. Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Chicken should be tender and fully cooked.
Cook pasta 15–20 minutes before serving, drain, and set aside.
