    Cheesy Garlic Mushroom Bruschetta Recipe

    This Cheesy Garlic Mushroom Bruschetta is the ultimate appetizer or party snack! With crispy toasted baguette slices topped with sautéed mushrooms, melted mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, this Italian-inspired starter is perfect for holidays, family gatherings, or a quick weeknight treat.

    Ingredients:

    1 fresh baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
    2 cups mixed mushrooms (cremini, shiitake, or button), chopped
    3 tbsp olive oil, divided
    2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
    1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    Salt & black pepper, to taste

    Directions:

     

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush baguette slices with 1 tbsp olive oil. Bake 6–8 minutes until lightly crisp and golden.

    In a skillet, heat remaining olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and fragrant. Stir in parsley.

    Spoon the mushroom mixture over each toasted baguette slice. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

    Return to the oven and bake for 5–6 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.

    Garnish with extra parsley and serve warm as a party appetizer, holiday starter, or quick Italian snack.
