Ingredients:

3 large turkey wings, separated at joints
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce
1 tbsp (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp (15 ml) apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for spice)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
½ cup (120 ml) chicken broth

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with foil for easier cleanup.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.

Coat turkey wings in the marinade, making sure each piece is well covered.

Arrange wings skin-side up in the baking dish. Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the dish to keep them moist.

Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.

Remove foil, baste wings with pan juices, and bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender.

Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
