Creamy Seafood Bisque with Crab, Shrimp & Lobster

Ingredients:

2 tbsp butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 cups seafood stock (or chicken stock)
1 cup heavy cream
½ tsp paprika
4 oz cooked crab meat
4 oz cooked shrimp, chopped
4 oz cooked lobster meat, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until softened and fragrant.

Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute, creating a light roux.

Gradually whisk in the seafood stock until smooth. Add heavy cream and paprika, stirring well.

Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the bisque begins to thicken.

Stir in the crab, shrimp, and lobster.

Cook for 5–7 minutes, until the seafood is heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
