    Creamy Shrimp & Cucumber Salad

    Looking for a light, refreshing, and protein-packed dish? This creamy shrimp and cucumber salad is the perfect mix of juicy shrimp, crisp cucumbers, and a tangy dill dressing. Whether you serve it as a summer side dish, light lunch, or healthy dinner idea, this chilled shrimp salad is quick, easy, and absolutely delicious!

    Ingredients:

    1 lb cooked shrimp (peeled & deveined)
    1 large cucumber, chopped
    2–3 green onions, sliced
    ½ cup mayonnaise
    ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
    Juice of ½ lemon
    Fresh dill, chopped
    Salt & pepper, to taste

    Instructions:

    Chop cucumber and green onions, then place in a mixing bowl.
    Add cooked shrimp to the bowl.
    In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
    Pour the creamy dressing over the shrimp mixture and toss gently until well coated.
    Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes. Serve cold and enjoy!
