Ingredients:

1 lb cooked shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1 large cucumber, chopped
2–3 green onions, sliced
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
Juice of ½ lemon
Fresh dill, chopped
Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Chop cucumber and green onions, then place in a mixing bowl.
Add cooked shrimp to the bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
Pour the creamy dressing over the shrimp mixture and toss gently until well coated.
Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes. Serve cold and enjoy!
