Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
12 oz linguine pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat.

Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add to skillet and cook 6–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

In the same pot, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Add uncooked linguine directly into the skillet. Cook 12–14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce thickens. Add extra broth if needed.

Stir in Parmesan cheese until creamy.
Return chicken to the skillet, toss well, and heat through.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
