Lobster Scallop Soup

Ingredients:
1/2 lb lobster meat, chopped & cooked
1/2 lb sea scallops
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 medium Yukon gold potatoes, peeled & cubed
3 cups seafood or chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant.
Add potatoes and broth, bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender (about 12–15 minutes).
Stir in lobster meat and scallops, cooking for 5 minutes until scallops are just opaque.
Lower heat and add heavy cream, Old Bay, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes (do not boil).
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with crusty bread.
