    Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells Recipe

    Creamy, cheesy, and absolutely irresistible, this Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells recipe is the perfect comfort food for pasta lovers. Jumbo shells are filled with tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and rich Alfredo sauce, then baked until golden and bubbly. A family-friendly dinner that’s easy to make and guaranteed to impress!

    Ingredients:

    1 box jumbo pasta shells
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
    1 cup fresh broccoli florets, chopped
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
    ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    4 oz cream cheese, softened
    1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter
    2 cups heavy whipping cream
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
    ½ teaspoon Creole seasoning
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ½ teaspoon black pepper
    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Directions:

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook jumbo pasta shells until al dente, then drain and let cool slightly.

    In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook diced chicken until no longer pink (5–7 minutes). Add broccoli florets and garlic, cooking another 2–3 minutes. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.

    In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and shredded Parmesan until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat.

    In a large bowl, combine chicken and broccoli with half of the Alfredo sauce. Mix well.

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Stuff each shell with the chicken-broccoli mixture, then place in the dish. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

    Cover with foil and bake for 20–25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.

    Cool slightly, then garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy this cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo pasta bake!
