Sticky Flame Chicken Strips Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) chicken breast, cut into strips
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil
Garnish: sesame seeds & chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ketchup, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and sesame oil until smooth.
2. Add chicken strips and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
4. Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for 5–7 minutes per side, brushing with extra marinade for maximum flavor.
5. Once golden and sticky, remove from heat and let rest.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
