    Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe

    Looking for the best Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad that’s quick, healthy, and packed with flavor? This classic Caesar salad with juicy grilled chicken is a perfect summer BBQ recipe, light lunch, or easy weeknight dinner idea. Made with crisp romaine lettuce, creamy homemade dressing, and flavorful garlic-grilled chicken, this recipe will be your new go-to protein-packed salad!

    Ingredients:

    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 6 oz)

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1 tsp salt

    1 tsp black pepper

    1 tsp garlic powder

    2 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped

    1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1/2 cup crunchy croutons

    1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

    Instructions:

    1. Grill the Chicken:
    Brush the chicken breast with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let it rest for 3–4 minutes, then slice into thin strips.

    2. Build the Salad Base:
    In a large salad bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with the creamy Caesar dressing until fully coated.

    3. Add Toppings:
    Top the dressed lettuce with sliced grilled chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, and crunchy croutons.

    4. Garnish & Serve:
    Sprinkle with fresh parsley for a burst of flavor and color. Serve immediately to keep the salad crisp and refreshing.
