    Spicy Avocado Toast with Jammy Eggs & Chili Crunch

     

    If you love a bold, savory, and slightly fiery start to your morning, this Spicy Avocado Toast with Jammy Eggs & Chili Crunch is the ultimate breakfast upgrade! Creamy smashed avocado meets perfectly jammy soft-boiled eggs, all drizzled with irresistible chili crisp oil for a spicy kick on golden, crunchy toast.

    Perfect for healthy breakfast lovers, brunch enthusiasts, and anyone craving a quick high-protein meal.

     

    Ingredients:

    2 slices whole grain or sourdough bread, toasted

    1 ripe avocado

    2 eggs

    1–2 tsp chili crunch (or chili crisp oil)

    Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Optional: garlic powder, sesame seeds, or everything bagel seasoning for extra flavor

     

    Directions:

    Boil the Perfect Jammy Eggs
    Bring a pot of water to a boil. Gently lower the eggs and cook for 6½–7 minutes. Transfer immediately to ice water to stop cooking. Peel and slice in half.

    Toast to Golden Perfection
    Toast your bread slices until crisp and slightly golden.

    Smash the Avocado
    In a small bowl, mash avocado with a fork. Season with salt and, if desired, garlic powder for extra depth.

    Assemble & Add the Heat
    Spread mashed avocado generously over toast slices. Top each with jammy egg halves, drizzle with chili crunch oil, and finish with salt, pepper, and optional toppings like sesame seeds.
