Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Herb Butter Sauce

Ingredients:
4 lobster tails, split lengthwise
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Lobster Tails
Using sharp kitchen scissors, carefully cut through the top of the lobster shells and lift the meat slightly. Brush the lobster tails with olive oil and season generously with salt and cracked black pepper.
