    Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Herb Butter Sauce

    Elevate your seafood dinner with this mouthwatering grilled lobster tails recipe drizzled in rich garlic herb butter sauce! Perfect for a special occasion meal, romantic dinner, or a luxurious seafood feast at home.

     

    Ingredients:

    4 lobster tails, split lengthwise

    2 tbsp olive oil

    3 tbsp unsalted butter

    3 cloves garlic, finely minced

    1 tsp fresh lemon juice

    1 tsp Dijon mustard

    1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

    Salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

    Optional: pinch of paprika for a smoky flavor boost

     

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Lobster Tails

    Using sharp kitchen scissors, carefully cut through the top of the lobster shells and lift the meat slightly. Brush the lobster tails with olive oil and season generously with salt and cracked black pepper.

    2. Grill or Broil the Lobster

    Place the lobster tails meat-side down on a hot grill or under a broiler. Cook for 5–7 minutes, flipping halfway until the meat is opaque and tender.

    3. Make the Garlic Herb Butter Sauce

    In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, and optional paprika. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and blended.

    4. Finish with Butter & Garnish

    Spoon the warm garlic butter sauce over the grilled lobster tails. Garnish with extra fresh parsley and cracked pepper.

    5. Serve & Enjoy

    Serve these juicy lobster tails with creamy mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, or garlic rice for a complete seafood dinner recipe everyone will love!
