Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound (450g) lean ground turkey
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced into half-moons

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
