Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & black pepper to taste
½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

1½ cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
Salted water for boiling
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Steam or boil the broccoli until just tender and bright green. Drain and set aside.
3. Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or pan-sear until golden brown and cooked through. Slice into strips.
4. In a large pan, melt butter, sauté minced garlic, then pour in the heavy cream. Simmer on low heat.
