    Ultimate Healthy Breakfast Bowl with Avocado, Berries & Scrambled Eggs

    Start your day right with this nutrient-packed healthy breakfast bowl featuring creamy scrambled eggs, fresh avocado, super food berries, and chia seeds. It’s the perfect combination of protein, fiber, and antioxidants great for a balanced breakfast, post-workout meal, or a clean eating brunch option!

     

    Ingredients:

    Creamy Scrambled Eggs:

    3 large eggs (high-protein)

    2 tbsp whole milk or cream (optional for fluffiness)

    1 tbsp butter (for richness)

    Salt and black pepper to taste

    2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, adds ultra creaminess)

    Super food Toppings:

    1 ripe avocado, sliced (healthy fats & fiber)

    ½ cup fresh blueberries (antioxidants)

    ½ cup fresh blackberries (vitamin C & fiber)

    ½ banana, sliced (natural energy boost)

    ¼ cup microgreens or baby spinach (concentrated nutrients)

    1 tbsp chia seeds (omega-3s & gut health)

    Fresh lemon juice (adds brightness)

    Sea salt for seasoning avocado

     

    Instructions:

    Step 1: Cook Creamy Scrambled Eggs

    1. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.

    2. Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over low heat.

    3. Add eggs, let sit 20 seconds, then gently stir from edges to center.

    4. Stir every 20–30 seconds until soft curds form.

    5. Stir in cream cheese at the end (if using).

    6. Remove from heat slightly undercooked they’ll finish with residual heat.

     

    Step 2: Prep Nutritious Toppings

    Slice avocado and sprinkle with lemon juice and sea salt.

    Rinse and pat dry blueberries and blackberries.

    Slice banana and wash your greens.

    Step 3: Build Your Breakfast Power Bowl

    Place warm scrambled eggs at the center.

    Arrange avocado, berries, and banana artfully around eggs.

    Top with greens and sprinkle chia seeds for a super food finish.
