    Juicy Grilled Chicken Bites with Creamy Garlic Sauce

    If you’re looking for an easy, protein-packed dinner or a quick appetizer, these Grilled Chicken Bites with Creamy Garlic Sauce are your perfect match! Tender, juicy chicken cubes are seasoned and grilled to perfection, then paired with a rich, creamy garlic sauce that’s simply irresistible. Ideal for keto, low-carb, and high-protein meal plans!

     

    Ingredients:

    For the Grilled Chicken Bites:

    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    1 teaspoon paprika

    ½ teaspoon garlic powder

    ¼ teaspoon salt

    ¼ teaspoon black pepper

    ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

    For the Creamy Garlic Dipping Sauce:

    ½ cup mayonnaise

    ¼ cup sour cream

    2 cloves garlic, finely minced

    1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

    1 teaspoon lemon juice

    ¼ teaspoon salt

    ¼ teaspoon black pepper

     

    Instructions:

    1. Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine chicken cubes, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.

    2. Grill the Chicken Bites: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat. Grill chicken cubes for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

    3. Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.

    4. Serve & Enjoy: Arrange the grilled chicken bites on a serving platter and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce or serve as a dipping sauce on the side.
