Smoked Honey BBQ Chicken Wings

2 lbs chicken wings (flats and drumettes)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp honey
Instructions:
