Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons water

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Sear the Chicken:

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.

Sear each fillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Transfer seared chicken to your slow cooker.
