Hearty Beef Tagliatelle with Veggie Bolognese Sauce
A warm and comforting bowl of pasta made with ribbon-like tagliatelle, savory ground beef, and a veggie-packed bolognese sauce! Perfect for weeknight dinners or family gatherings.
Ingredients:
12 oz tagliatelle pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
2 medium carrots, chopped
1 zucchini (optional), diced
1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Cook tagliatelle according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
4. Stir in diced bell peppers, carrots, and zucchini. Cook until veggies are soft.
5. Mix in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10–15 minutes until sauce thickens.
6. Toss in cooked tagliatelle. Stir to coat the noodles evenly with sauce.
7. Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley.
