Craving a bold, flavorful, and quick weeknight meal? This Shrimp and Steak Teriyaki Noodles recipe combines tender steak, juicy shrimp, and perfectly cooked noodles tossed in a rich homemade teriyaki sauce. It’s the ultimate fusion of surf and turf with an Asian twist!

    Ingredients You’ll Need

8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined

8 oz steak, thinly sliced into bite-sized pieces

12 oz lo mein or spaghetti noodles

    2 tbsp vegetable oil

3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

    For the Teriyaki Sauce:

    ½ cup soy sauce

    ¼ cup brown sugar

    2 tbsp honey

    2 tbsp rice vinegar

    1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

How to Make Shrimp and Steak Teriyaki Noodles

    Cook the Noodles:
Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

    Make the Homemade Teriyaki Sauce:
In a small saucepan, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Heat until simmering. Add the cornstarch slurry and cook until thick and glossy. Set aside.

    Sear the Steak:
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak pieces for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

    Sauté the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add remaining oil. Cook shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2 minutes per side.

    Combine and Toss:
Return steak to the skillet. Add noodles and teriyaki sauce. Toss until everything is well coated and heated through.

    Garnish and Serve:
Top with chopped green onions and serve hot!
