Looking for a fun and easy twist on the classic Big Mac? These Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs are packed with juicy ground beef, melty cheddar cheese, and wrapped in buttery biscuit dough. Topped with sesame seeds and served with a creamy copycat Big Mac sauce, they make the perfect game day snack, appetizer, or weeknight dinner treat!

    Ingredients:

    For the Cheeseburger Bombs:

    1 pound ground beef

    1/2 onion, finely chopped

    Salt and pepper to taste

8 small cubes of cheddar cheese

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

    Sesame seeds (for topping)

    For the Big Mac Sauce:

    1/4 cup mayonnaise

    2 tablespoons French dressing

    1 tablespoon sweet relish

    1 teaspoon white vinegar

    1 teaspoon onion powder

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    1 teaspoon paprika

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Drain excess grease and season with salt and pepper.

    3. Flatten each piece of biscuit dough into a thin round. Place one cube of cheddar cheese and a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture in the center.

    4. Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching edges to seal and form a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

    5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.

    6. In a bowl, mix all the Big Mac sauce ingredients until smooth.

    7. Serve warm with dipping sauce for the ultimate cheeseburger experience!
